Account and Data Deletion
Last updated: 18 May 2026
1. Overview
This page explains how users of Signalator Notify, Signalator websites, dashboards, mobile apps and related Signalator services can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Signalator services are operated by Signalator Limited. If you use Signalator Notify Android, this page also applies to the account and device data connected with that app.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request account or data deletion, send an email to support@signalator.com with the subject line:
Signalator account deletion request
Please include:
- the email address used for your Signalator account;
- the Signalator product or app you use, for example Signalator Notify Android;
- whether you want full account deletion or only deletion of specific app/device data;
- any relevant workspace, device or source name if your request concerns only one part of your account.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
3. What Can Be Deleted
Depending on your request and the products you use, deletion may include:
- your Signalator account access and profile data;
- registered mobile devices and push-notification tokens;
- Signalator Notify Android device registration records;
- mobile alert read/unread state and device-linked alert delivery records where feasible;
- workspace configuration, notification channels, source connections and alert history where deletion is compatible with your account state and legal obligations;
- support records or communications that are no longer needed for service, security, legal or accounting purposes.
You can also clear local alert history inside supported apps. Local data stored only on your device can also be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
4. Data We May Need to Keep
Some data may be retained where required or reasonably necessary, including:
- billing, invoice, tax, accounting and transaction records required by law;
- security, abuse-prevention, fraud-prevention and audit logs for a limited period;
- records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements or comply with legal obligations;
- backup copies until they are overwritten or deleted under normal backup rotation;
- aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.
Where we must keep some information, we will limit retention to the purposes that require it.
5. Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time. Where applicable law sets a specific response period, we will follow that period. Complex requests, legal requirements, account verification or active disputes may require additional time.
6. Subscriptions and Service Access
Account deletion may remove your ability to access Signalator dashboards, apps, alerts, downloads, subscriptions, support history and connected services. If you have an active paid subscription or invoice, deletion does not automatically remove records we are legally required to keep for accounting, tax or legal purposes.
